    BIAS Lead Time

I want to frame the context of asking this: I'm not complaining or condemning performance by BIAS. This is a "calibration" question for me.
What's been the "typical" experience for lead time from BIAS? I ordered a buginator about four weeks ago. I received the confirmation from them. I know that custom gear takes time. No, I haven't called or emailed them yet as I am not worried. Don't want to take time away from them working on gear with questions. Just curious as to what the "typical" lead time has been?
    TNX.

I am a fan of BIAS, and have a Buginator and a WW hammock. They both arrived within two weeks of ordering. However, if you have an oncoming trip, it may help if you email them a reminder. That was my case with the WW, and my email definitely sped things along.

I'm a little behind on Buginators and WW's at the moment. My father passed away suddenly a few weeks back after a double knee replacement. Without getting into details, he left my mother in a mess and my brothers and I have been helping her figure out what's needing to be done. I'm working on orders as much as I can, but other priorities have pushed them back temporarily. I have gotten a few orders out and am in the middle of several others. The regular nets are what I'm working on next and should have yours out be the end of the week.(if not sooner)
    It'll be alright Friday!

Sorry to hear about you father and the mess, but I hope all becomes well.

As to the wait time, it will be worth it. My first hammock was a bias camper and I am just finished adding and subtracting to various things to make it the best part of my rig. I am amazed at how comfy it is and could not compliment the service I got with it enough. Perfectly crafted. you will enjoy it greatly.

    Sorry for your loss

    Brian,
Sorry for your loss. Obviously family is your first priority.
I didn't make the post to be critical. I was just curious about a normal lead time. As a former small business owner, I appreciate the many hats you have to wear.
Again, condolences to you and your family. God Bless you all in this difficult time.

    Received

Received my son's buginator yesterday evening. Didn't have a chance to install yet due to the weather, but it sure is light. Also, the camo stuff sack looks great. Very well made with a lot of attention to detail.
