I am planning on doing a North Bound Post Hike leaving the Spring MAHHA at Pine Grove SP on the final day on Sunday April 27th. Probally will be just 2 days and 2 nights.

Would love to join you in a post hike……but needing to secure a ride back to the DC area (even the Fredrick, MD area). If anyone joins in that is headed south I would be game!!

I'm in on this post hike. ben too. I'm also wanting to hike in from Gathland coming into MAHHA if I/we can work it out.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.
Its early yet, so anything is possible, even a pre hike and the Post Hike for MML, if the stars align just right, I may be able to do both.

My game plan is to get my vehicle sometime during MAHHA weekend up to near PA 944 ( section 10) parking area near the Scott trail farm work center, then get a ride back to MAHHA. This lot is about 2 miles South of 944.
Another choice is a lot along Sherwood drive, just a bit South of 944.

Would like to hike out Sunday from MAHHA and spend a couple easy days up to that point Nortbound.
Once I get back to my vehicle, I can shuttle anyone back that is with me to their vehicles, wherever they may be. ( hopefully at pine Grove at the designated AT parking area near the pavillion)
If anyone has some better ideas for parking about 2 days out North Bound from Pine Grove, I am all Ears.

But it would only be for 50 yards at a time.

As good as that sounds I don't think that would be very fun for either of us.
A possible better idea is to get a big two seater stroller and have LazyRiver push us down the trail...Since he's got twin's he's used to it now
