I'm looking for the easiest setup for my hammock. FYI - I hate knots. Let me know what you think:

The ring buckle and rope system seems to have fallen out of favor. If you use it, be sure to tie a slippery half hitch to back up the rings.
For ease of use and no knots I recommend a webbing and cinch buckle system...http://dutchwaregear.com/cinch-buckl...uspension.html
I use the newer system

This is what I use and I am very happy with the set up.

I currently use this system on my HH Expedition. Only I use carabiners instead of descender rings so if I accidentally get it too tight I have another way to get it undone. Definitely use a half hitch as others suggest. Though honestly the four carabiners add a substantial amount of weight and bulk to the sleep system and I will be going for whoopie slings with dutchware in the near future for this reason.
One word of advice and I speak from experience here do not overtighten your lines as this system is great going up but if the line is too tight it can be next to impossible to get undone. The first time I did this I was on day 2 of a 3 day trip and I thought I was going to have to cut my line to get the hammock down. That's why I use carabiners now, you can open a gate on one of the carabiners and kinda force it undone but it still takes some work.

When I got my HH that's the system I started with. It was easy to set up but I found the rings and carabiners a bit chunky. I totally recommend the Dutch all complete set up for HH that previous people have posts a link to. It is ridiculous easy and light to set up and I won't be going back to the rings again because how simple but affective it is. It requires changing the ropes and webbing but completely worth it...my opinion.

Whoopie slings for some reason never really stuck with me..
My favorite is using 2 rings and to be sure a slipknot. No other knots at all.
When i rush, it have the hammock hanging within a minute.

I use that system occasionally with my HH, but I think it caused my lines to fray.
I had Dutch and Keith trick out my BMBH, and there is nary a knot in sight. A little easier to get centered, as well.
