    Thumbs up

As always, Neo's hang gathering was a lot of fun. Thanks, Neo! I can't make it to every one, but am always happy when I do. Fun to see old faces and new! Only got photos of Doug ("Storyteller") and son, Jacob ("Chatterbox"), a good kid.

Dinner offered, as always, some fantastic grub. BURP!

Also enjoyed Sunday breakfast in town, chatting with newbies Steve ("Crowell392") and his pretty wife, Felicia.

    Enjoyed meeting Mark ("Camp-a-lot"), too!

Whom among the new folks did I forget to mention? Anyone?

Thanks to Ellis ("Lazy Boy") for being the camp fire man!

P.S. Pics below are me with Storyteller and Chatterbox on Sunday morning. The first one turned out a little fuzzy, but still fun seeing Chatterbox giving his dad rabbit-ears.

I only took a very few pics.

    1. Entrance sign off the Natchez Trace Parkway.
    2. The camp site where everyone gathered for food, fire, and fellowship. I see Lazy Boy and Ewker in the photo.
    3. Home made sour dough bread and Amish (Mennonite?) butter?
    4. Jeff ("Fluffy"), Jacob ("Chatterbox"), and Felicia, waiting around the fire for the dinner bell.
    5. Lazy Boy dishing out some Ceasar salad.
    6. Sunday morning shot of the campsite. Rain Man's Old Man Winter still up in the foreground.
    7. Mark's ("Camp-a-lot") UL tent.

Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.

There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.

It was great to see everyone and meet all of the new folks. The food was delicious, the fire was roaring and the company was fantastic!

I slept like a bear in my hammock and have been told that I sounded like one too!

Neo organizes these hangs 4 times a year. Pretty much all are welcome, yes.

If you do a search, you'll find threads for all the past ones.
