    Suspending a HHAD

I have seen a lot of people using tapes and rings on the HH's now instead of the rope and tree huggers.
Does this make the hammock hang lower as I always thought that the hammock had to be tight and straight so you have minimu stretch.
Has anyone got close up photos of this set up. I know it is easy to change the ropes as I have just done this with some Dutch army surplus HH clones.

    Thanks swampy.

Minimum stretch in the suspension system is good, but the HH should be hung with some sag, despite what the packaging seems to say.
