    Into the great unknown!

About to attempt an all nighter for the first time outside in a hammock. My new WBRR. Ok, so I won't be roughing it that much since I will be on my covered back porch with the only wildlife being two large goldendoodles keeping me company, and my 17 year old twins looking at me like I have lost my mind. By the sound of the neighbors party a few doors down on a Saturday night, I may not have picked the optimal evening to have a go at this hammock business.

Like so many others on here, after watching way to many Shug videos during our lock down ice storm in ATL, I took the plunge. Still suffering from a little sticker shock after purchasing my hammock, underquilt and tarp. Am now in serious penny pinching mode which lead me to grab one of the $79 Ozark sleeping bags which will also be on it's maiden voyage this evening. Will report back tomorrow hopefully well rested and ready for a real night in the piney woods.

Good luck. A WBRR should be a great way to start. What UQ did you get?

I'll be doing the same thing just up the road from you. At least it's only getting down to 42. Enjoy the party.

I'll be joining y'all too. The mild weather is more than I can stand. Hoping for a restful slumber. Catch y'all in the AM.

Never a bad night to hammock. Slept in my WBBB last night and waiting for the fire to die out and back in it tonight.
