    Photos: Hennessy in Tropical Jungle

Went on an overnight into a tropical jungle in Malaysia at a location without an English name... The terrain was rocky with tree roots and a nightmare for tents. The hammock worked like a charm and i had a good night sleep. It's no longer the monsoon season here so generally it's a drier season. Here's some photos to share:

The included tarp is a little small but it's alright

Especially like the pockets for small items

I used a longer 1 inch webbing. The one hennessy provided was too short

Always have my trusty BK9 to make stakes and pole to hold the tarp up.

That is an awesome spot and your hammock looks so nice hanging there. I'm very jealous as I sit here in my office.

Wow! Jealous! Can't wait to get outside again once winter here is over, even if I never make it to such a remote, tropical locale. :-)

Dry season or not, never, ever, hang next to a river like that in Borneo!

Dry season or not, I've seen flash-floods throwing large boulders 20 feet from the river. I always ensure i'm at least 25 meters from the nearest sign of water having ever reached - and I still get scolded by some locals for being too close...

Apart from that obligatory telling-off, sweet shots
