    My goodness has arrived!

Ordered my Superfly on the 10th, received today.

Now, if it would stop being daytime highs of 13 with random bouts of snow, maybe I could get it setup.

/me looks around for hang spots in the living room...

For now this is all I have.

I feel your pain! I'm looking all over the house for a hanging spot. :/

Get on out - isn't that part of what the superfly is for helping combat bad weather. Close those doors and jump in that hammock.

Very true. If I had 2 trees in my yard I probably would have. Only 1 tree to work with. If I have time this weekend I may trek to the park and get it in the wind.

...or you can use half a turtlelady/turtledog stand with your tree.

The setup in that video scares the daylights out of me. I'm a big dude. one rope swaying around like that just looks like bad news.

I'm trying to wrap my head around the single turtledog. Would I just use the D-ring that the ridgepole would be attached to as my other anchor point? Been looking for pics, but it's way too late to start going through a thread that long. Maybe some other night.
