Two Yeti's

Brandon, actually I used a pad just from the end of the Yeti to the feet and my sleeping bag was soaked at the foot end. The Blackbird was soaked all the way through and there was standing water droplets in the hammock. All of this though only at the foot end. Under the Yeti was bone dry. This happened about three times. After that I decided enough of pads. Last few times out I just put my pack in the hammock for the foot end and have had no condensation issues.

You must have had WAY too much top quilt.

What kind of pad are you using pizza?

I am most certainly one of the aforementioned 'pad-haters'. I sweat like crazy when I sleep and pads just make it worse. But, I've never had a problem with them on my feet and lower legs. Very strange.

I used the blue Walmart pad. The thing is, I had the same condensation problem using a thermarest trail pad when tenting it. I wasn't using too much top insulation either. I guess I have hot feet.
