first taffeta hammock finished 1 question

Tablecloth showed yesterday in the mail, took the time tonite to put it together... got the 126 x 60 threaded zing it through one end for gathered end wasn't too happy with the bulb result so tried mason line on the other side, better but just from dressing it a little better, redid the other side and hooked up the whoopie slings ... Like it very much... But....One major problem.. intense static electricity.....Granted it is winter and my house is quite dry but wow!!! Do you folks spray yours with anything?

That's funny. I actually got my taffeta table cloth from the tablecloth factory today as well. I did the simple W fold whipped ends. Works great, super comfy, but I swear I could power my entire house on the sparks I'm producing getting in and out of the thing!

yep....the dryer trick worked well... this is a perfect size for me, my brazillian was a pain to get out of sometimes and too much fabric for me.. I slept like a dead person in this one last night.....Love it!!!!

Wash and fabric softner. You can wipe it with a dryer sheet OR spray it with Static Gaurd but I'm pretty good with the wash and dry. There's still some static but I think the humidity in my room is like negative 300.
