I have a Warbonnet Blackbird that I would like to try a Pod system on. I have a Western Mountaineering Kodiak that I would like to use for this setup. Any tips and suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks for the help...Robert

Look up Shug's Pod videos, he uses a WM bag as a pod.

I have used the commercial Speer PeaPod on a WBBB with fair success. It was raised up pretty good on top on the right side near the shelf. Pretty low and in contact with me on the left, if memory serves. So, as is often the case, you will probably need some clothing or a very light top quilt to fill those gaps on top. But I don't really know how it would work with that Kodiak bag. Is that a wide bag with full length zipper? If so, it should work pretty good. The hammocks that work thre best with pods, IMO, are the ones where you can really get the nets out of the way, and the more narrow hammocks.
Just zip the lower half around the foot end, get in and zip it up around the top and see how it goes. you might have to do a mod or two, like sewing on a couple of loops to add some cordage or shock cord to pull it up in some spots.

BillyBob58 Thanks so much for your help. Have a great Spring.
The netting may get in the way a bit but maybe not. I have never podded my Blackbird....always use my Greenbean DIY hammock.
