Source for Micro Biners less than $3.00?

What is a good source for those Micro Biners often used for UQ and tarp suspensions? I can find them for $3.00 each. Is there a better price or place that offers discount on volume? I don't mind if they have a logo instead of just plain.

The local runnings has a bin of them for $1 a piece. Not sure how small you want them but it is what I use. Not sure if it is something that all stores have but it might be worth a try

I just thought of something. On my sons hammock I use the tiny little s-biners from the nite-ize keychain. I use this on his hammock because he seems to miss the hammock and end up in the under quilt about 25% of the time and I would rather replace biners than fix a ripped quilt.

Try Amazon I got a pack of 10 for like 6 bucks but I am a prime memeber so I did not pay shipping.

I was shooting the breeze at my local EMS and they have these really small 'biners hanging off their sleeping bags. I asked if they sold them and they wound up giving me 6. It pays to be chatty sometimes. And to have a smile like mine.

I picked this up at home depot, it has 6 of the .5 sized s-biners for I think 8 bucks. They sell the .5's for 3.50 power 2 pack. Can probably be had cheaper online I'm guessing. I've never seen the plastic keyring ones, but these are stainless.

Wal-Mart has them in the hardware department, two for a buck in different colors. I buy a pair every time I'm in there (not very often).

    Take it easy,

    S hooks

Be careful with those s hooks, they are sharp and can poke a hole in yer hammock! I have done it.
