    Great Customer Service

I ordered a strap/buckle set and two sets of straps last week. They arrived Monday, but had one set of straps missing. I emailed Dutch that evening, had a response in the morning, they were in the mail Tuesday afternoon, and are at my house now (Thursday afternoon). Can't ask for more responsive service than that.

I look forward to using these straps for Boy Scout backpacking and camping. Two sets are for my sons, one for me. (I had ordered two pairs of buckles a couple of weeks ago. They didn't work well with my harbor freight straps, so I decided to get good straps.).

See that was my plan, forget a set of straps so I can give great customer service later.
    Peace Dutch

I do remember you saying that mistake are just and opportunity for great customer service. I have been giving myself many opportunities.

Well, I have all of the three sets of straps and cinch buckles installed. One to replace the harbor freight straps and hardware store rings I use. One to replace the harbor freight straps and hardware store tings for my oldest son's hammock and one for my youngest son's first hammock. All three are tablecloth hammocks. We're all set for spring and summer camping. (and me for the rest of the year as well).

+1 on Dutch's customer service. I had an issue with a gift card and he went above and beyond to make it work. Thanks Dutch!
