There is a DIY version for this (below) that I did not come up with. It shows all you would need. I am going the Wilderness Logics route personally.
Good luck!

I used an old set of tent poles on my superfly, I used an x pattern inside the tarp, I like this a lot. Had to sew grosgrain pockets on the inside of the pull outs. This method pushes out the sides and supports the roof instead of resting on it...
I bought these and did the mod on my winter palace. They worked great! http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=191097481187
It's an awesome deal on the Nano's and they are 13" which for me was better for packing.
The pullouts on my WP are 57" apart so I used 5 sections. I also replaced the shock cord with a smaller lighter version, so I did cut the end tips off of 4 sections, then used a sharp chisel (2 good taps) and split the small piece of shaft that the tip was pressed into. Then I reinstalled the new shock cord (not attached to the tip, but a small washer holds it at the first coupler) and reinstalled the end tips. All told it took 15-20 mins. I have enough sections for 2 - 3 more pole mods, but I would need to order more tips to make them.
