    Gee, I live in Brooklyn too. I would not try that out since it might be rotted. I would also want a bit more privacy.

    The feral cats are pretty tough here, that and the rabid raccoons keep the rats to about a max of one foot in length.
    And it is not "hobo", it is "urban outdoorsman".
