Hello from Cumberland County, TN

Hi there. I finally joined up after browsing HF for a while. I've enjoyed the abundance of info here for a while even though it can be a little overwhelming for a new person. I bought a GT double from our local outdoor store & after trying it out a couple times in the woods behind our house I realized that I'm in desperate need of a suspension upgrade to keep my rear end off the ground

Thanks to the folks who keep this site up & thanks to those who are patient & willing to share their knowledge. I'm very glad this is a family friendly site.

Welcome from MS, Shoogai! My parents/grandparents all came from Crossville, which I think is Cumberland County?, and I spent a lot of summers there as a child. Nice country to hang in!

Welcome from Davidson County (Nashville), Tennessee! I visit Crossville almost every week to see a client. If you ever want to grab a bite, get some coffee, ask about gear, just let me know, my schedule is fairly flexible.

Also, Neo has having one of his "hangs" the weekend of April 12 & 13 here at Percy Priest Lake. Great opportunity to lay eyeballs on multiple rigs and discuss hanging with experienced folks. It's a pretty relaxed affair. There's a thread on here all about it. You'd be welcome to attend, should you wish.
