Yep, it's a hammock. If it was connected on the sides of the fabric, then I would say a cot.
Not a bad concept for the backyard or poolside, IMO.

Fancy is right, would go nice in the yard for sure, not quite your every day normal type that we are all used to but pretty interesting just the same!..

And maybe just add a set of wheels and drag her up the AT!!!
