    Any idea what this is?

    The Sierra Fly Lite

"The next addition to our Hammock Shelter line is going to be the "Fly-Lite". An "ultralight" shelter designed for the adventurer that counts every gram. Protection and nothing more."

I believe it replaces the bug shield out of the nube and turns the nube into a 4 season enclosure. Just a guess on what I put together from looking at there website.

Bushwhacker, if you're representing a company, I believe you are supposed to say as much in your signature. If you're not I apologize for my confusion.

looks like a lot of material to make a tiny enclosed space. Tarps with doors like a superfly seem to accomplish equal or better protection with efficiency of material and flexible deployment. What problem are you trying to solve with this product that isn't already solved lighter and better?

ETA: I guess I was commenting on the Winter Barrier, I'm not seeing a picture or page about the "fly-lite"

I think Bushwhacker is merely asking what this item is and then quoted a line from the website he linked.

They have a little blurb but that's it. The next item down appears to be a different product(?).

Yep. I should've put it in quotes originally. I just find it intriguing that a company whose other products seem to have a lot of extraneous material would claim to have a light weight product. (Although I know this is done a lot, and almost never lives up to the claims of being light weight - this one just seems to have some sort of innovation in their product)
