    Is 70d (high count) downproof?

I'm thinking about making an uq with a night grid camo outer layer. I'll use some other lighter fabric (argon, m90, etc.) for the inner layer.

I tried doing a search, but couldn't find much. Plus the fabric comparison chart in Google doc is a pain on a windows phone.

    Thanks.

The denier isn't the determining factor of down proofness. Whether or not it is calendared is your best hint. The very best info can be obtained from the supplier who is experienced in DIY outdoor gear. Plus, these experienced suppliers are both knowledgeable and eager to help you both by email or a phone call.
If it's OWFINC that your're looking at, they love to talk on the phone with you. :-)
