    python skins

I have HH asym, and i have ordered the JRB underquilt (backordered ugh), i also have bought some silnylon and plan to make some skins to enclose both the hammock and underquilt together.
Does anyone have the dimensions/measurements for some python skins that will fit.
    Thanks

Hang the hammock and pimp it out the way you want it stored. take some string and lash it up like you would furl a sail in the old Errol Flynn movies... (If you're not old enuf to know that try to rent Captain Blood... it will entertain you while educating you) Then use a tape measure and arrive at the measurements you are looking for.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

The pattern is very simple. But without the dimensions you want to make them the pattern is somewhat useless. The pattern consists of a rectangle of fabric where the ends are equal to the wide end measurement + the short end measurement. The length of the fabric is the unfinished length of the skins. Measure the eands into the proper distances and reverse the other end. Draw a diagonal line from one mark to the other and cut on that line. Sew them up and viola... you have reptilain dermal layers. But you need to have tothe dimensions before you can draw the pattern.

Here are the bug net ones but I'd use JRB's instructions for silnylon. They used to have a link on their page.
