Another 20 degree underquilt and 40 degree top quilt

I just pulled the trigger on a 40 degree TQ and 20 degree FL UQ for my Clark NX-250. Being a former climber and long time SAR volunteer in my younger days, I like bright so I asked for a Royal Blue outer shell and Burnt Orange liner for both in dropdowns and special instructions. I ordered 2oz overstuff on the Zep and 2oz+1oz overstuff on the TQ. The backlog is running about two weeks. So the wait begins

The high lakes beckon to me, but that wait is going to be a lot longer.

hay man, thanks for posting the two week back logged bit. i cant get an f'rigin word from them and i ordered from them over a month ago. LOL... im in a pinch now. LOL... thanks for the post!

Underground Quilts? They have a list on their website that lists each order chronologically and it stage of production. My emails, pms, and phone calls with questions have always been answered promptly.

My hat is off to UGQ great customer service. They have always and i mean always answered my emails and phone calls I guess thats why I have ordered and enjoyed three quilts from them.

Glad we spoke on the phone and cleared up your order for a "Lewis" UQ was placed with underquilts.com and not UGQ Outdoor Equipment. Good Luck....

Ill vouch for their great response time, I asked em for some samples and they answered my e mail in about 24 hours and shipped me some. great coustomer service although I am yet to be a customer.... sorry for the delay paul and misy I will be ordering from you soon!!

My 40* Flight Jacket and full length 20 *Zep came in last week, each with 2 onces of overstuff + 1 ounce in the footbox of the Flight Jacket. The workmanship is impeccable and the Royal Blue covers with the Orange linings look great! I've been slammed and haven't had a chance to do a test night or take pics yet. Thanks Paul & Missy for the fine work.
