Still waiting on mine....it's been a monsoon down here in Charleston lately, so I wouldn't be able to set it up anyway for a few days.

Here are some pics of my first set up. It is fairly easy to set up. A little different getting in and out, but not a big deal. My wife and daughters absolutely love it. I feel like it is too short for me (I'm 6'3"). I set it up with a Big Agnes Q Core SL (78" x 25" x 3.5") fully inflated. The tarp provides adequate coverage, but not much extra.
I wondered about that tarp, too. I might have to see about using my Cuben Fiber Tarp with it when I finally get it to reduce the overall weight a bit - if it will work.

Update: don't try to get in the hammock with the bugnet clipped to the ridgeline. I did this today and sat on the bugnet. The result of my stupidity was a ripped bugnet. Totally bummed out, especially since I got this for my wife and she loved the bugnet.

I hope your bugnet is fixable. I am so anxious to get my Amok hammock. I love the colors. I think I will try my Gargoyle Tarp, and see if that will give me more coverage. I sure hope I get mine soon. Patiently waiting, okay maybe not so patiently.

Mine just came in the mail! No time to set it up right now, but I hope to get to the hammock lab and set it up soon with pictures! Cool color, it matches one of my old Alpenlite backpacks I have have.
