    Hello Everyone:

My name is Ben and this is my first time. I was looking for a way to continue to camp with my 13 year old after a failed back surgery. I am not able to sleep on the ground any more. I purchased two each of the following for our new adventure: Walmart hammock, ozark trail 50 degree bags, 24 inch blue mats, 24 inch reflectix, mil surp large bug nets, and 8x10 tarps. We also got several figure 9 carabiners, three hundred pound cinch straps, paracord, rope for tarps, and tent stakes. We hope to try to make it out next weekend for our first trip. We are on a budget and I dont have a lot more money to spend on this, but are we missing anything?

Thanks for your help and this very informative site!

    Ben

    All looks good, have fun!

How cold do you expect it to get, BTW? CCF have different R ratings. The mats might also be a little narrow.
