Hi. As you may have guessed, my name is Joe. Like many others here I'm from central Pa. I haven't used a hammock since my youth when I had a canvas navy hammock that I got at a surplus store. I spent many hours in that swinging bed snoozing and day dreaming. Now I'm retired and have the time to indulge in my old pass time. I purchased an Eagle's Nest single and will try it out as soon as it warms a bit. Poor health prevents me from many grand adventures but maybe I will be able to regain some of the pleasures of past times. I hope to learn much from this forum.
