    Trip rep>LWRSF>Arbuckle>April 2014 circuit hike

I'll get things started and let the gang chime in once they filter home. I skipped the first night and met them at the second camp site (Isabel). The weather was a bit hot for my taste and it has pretty much convinced me that the FL season is coming to a close for me. I'll have to head north for any more hanging... maybe with my long lost twin brother (old4hats)

As usual everybody had a great time around the picnic table or campfire and it was most of the usual gang plus craigc and tuck (who are both quickly becoming part of the usual gang) and Jennifer from my work (I talked her into coming and we didn't raz her too much about sleeping in a tent )

I just have a couple of pictures to post (my set up next to Isabel creek and "Fricassee" who just appeared near lake Godwin ) and then I'll let the others add theirs in...

As samsara states it was warm but at least comfortable at night. Most of the regular group with the addition of Jennifer. It was a pleasure meeting her and hope that she found the experience entertaining. Hats off to Great White, he came in Saturday morning and completed the same hike we took a day and a half to complete. That's him soaking those tired feet in the creek. This hang will mark the end of our 2013/2014 season for most of us. Can't wait for the fall.100_0453.jpg100_0443.jpg100_0444.jpg100_0449.jpg100_0450.jpg100_0451.jpg100_0452.jpg

Another fun time with friends in Florida. The last of the season for this hanger unless an air-conditioned hammock is developed. IMG_4936.jpgIMG_4938.jpgIMG_4939.jpgIMG_4940.jpgIMG_4942.jpgIMG_4943.jpgIMG_4952.jpgIMG_4957.jpgIMG_4958.jpgIMG_4968.jpg

Great pics. Reminds me of last year. Great White looks beat.

Let's hear some reports to go with the pics.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

Missed you too, florida hanger. I assumed the morning fire starter and thought of you while doing it.

Great pictures! Still bummed I haven't been able to get out with y'all! Will have to make that happen. Loved the close up of the crab spider!

Were the skeeters still a low count or are they getting active?

We missed you too. There were a few bugs buzzing around but didn't really cause any problem. I didn't even use any bug repellant. Although, Grinder treated his skin with Permithrin, so he should be bug free for about 6 more showers.
