I know everyone on this forum is already impressed by Dutch and his famous gear, but I have to say, they're customer service is 2nd to none.
I got all excited to order some new Dutch bling last week and accidentally ordered Dutch Hooks instead of Whoopir hooks along with a bunch of other stuff.
I contacted Dutch and explained my mistake and they said they'd send me a gift certificate for the amount of my screw up and just put the mistaken order in the mail back to them.
That's of course good service, but what was really impressive is that they emailed me the gift certificate about 5 seconds later. BEFORE I sent back my other order.
Ourstanding customer service!!!!!
