Shout out to Dutch!

I know everyone on this forum is already impressed by Dutch and his famous gear, but I have to say, they're customer service is 2nd to none.

I got all excited to order some new Dutch bling last week and accidentally ordered Dutch Hooks instead of Whoopir hooks along with a bunch of other stuff.

I contacted Dutch and explained my mistake and they said they'd send me a gift certificate for the amount of my screw up and just put the mistaken order in the mail back to them.

That's of course good service, but what was really impressive is that they emailed me the gift certificate about 5 seconds later. BEFORE I sent back my other order.

Ourstanding customer service!!!!!

Hey I tell ya customer service is way up there for reasons to buy from a place again. Dutch is great along with just about every cottage company I have ever ordered from. I think it is because they are hikers/outdoorsman first business people second. And I'm sure many started on forums just like these and know the type of folks they are selling to.

Dutch, I hope you get a chance to hang some. With all those inventions and sales to deal with you must be working 25 hours a day!

Cookies? I heard that they are so impressed by Dutch that they work for free to just be around him!

Elves? Oh sure...they may handle customer service and shipping, but I heard the real work was done by Dutch wantabees that he had locked in the sweatshop...

yup, best customer service ive ever ran into! got another order from him(like my 9th) and was missing a soft shackle, in its place was zing it. so I thought that's strange, sent him an e mail yesterday stating I would like to return the line and get a soft shackle if I could. What do ya know this morning on easter got an e mail from em saying sorry and ill get 1 out to ya, oh and keep the line it comes in handy. now how can you beat that? id say you cant! great company to give my money to!!

Just received yet another order from Dutch. Very pleased with the Customer Service and have a buddy at work also ordering and bragging about Dutch. (work can be a strange place: walked into the Emergency Department to hear a 'Shug' video fan yelling "Whooo Buddy" down the hallway. Patients had to have been scratching what every was ailing them.)
