    Great Customer Service

Many of you may have seen my previous thread about my defective superfly, but I got ahold of Brandon and we easily sorted this out. All I can say is wow. Thanks!

As predicted. Congratulations on a great piece of gear and getting the problem sorted.

I'm curious if Brandon said what caused the damage. It looked like a strange pattern of hole in the original pictures.

It's NOT that I think any explanation was owed, I just don't want to find that at the end of any of my DIY projects

Glad all was taken care of and you are pleased

Good to hear it all worked out! I'm even happier that you posted about it in the first place. To many people gave you a hard time for it, i think its fair that us consumers get to hear about bad experiences as well as the good. clearly the customer service made up for it in this case and brandon's reputations is still great from what i've heard.

What method are you using to tension your tarp? When you got it, you said it was beautiful. Four days later, it's ripped right out of the package and defective. I'd like to know more.

Really strange sequence of post and threads here...

Are you still tying the tarp to a stationary deck and a small tree?

Yes. a tree to a house deck. The tree is about 5 inches thick.
