The title says it all...can't seem to get rid of those pesky air tunnels coming into my insulation...want to try some draft collars, maybe they could be rigged using some velcro?? I'm having a Tough time finding any info on making them.

HappyCamper made some nice ones. Search her threads. I think she may have posted about them.
Also search for "horse collar draft tube" by Scum he's got some easy DIY instructions IIRC.
