How strong is this Multicam fabric?

Does anyone know how strong this fabric is? http://www.rockywoods.com/TasLite-Ny...Cam-Camouflage How does it compare to 1.9 oz. nylon ripstop?

Not sure but it looks interesting. I found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MARPAT-WOODL...-/321357072199 on eBay and I'm wondering if it's the same material. I e-mailed the seller and was told this fabric weighs 5 - 6 ounces a yard. I wonder if this would be robust enough for use with a hammock. Anyone else have any thoughts?

5-6 ounces should work fine and is overkill. unless you weigh 700lbs.

I can't tell from the sight it's kinda vague. If it is 5-6oz. It's over kill, but it doesn't look that thick in the photo.

I purchased a few yards of that stuff. Its plenty heavy--could make a hammock for an elephant. I've also used some of their Russian camo taslan. Overkill doesn't really do it justice. I've been sleeping in a 12 foot hammock made for 1.1 Marpat from DIY Gear Supply every night, at home and in the field, for over a year and a half now. I weight 215# when I'm not telling a lie and I could be telling a lie right now.
