Would you add half-taper to your website in addition to the full/no taper options already there ?

Can you do a lightweight zipper (with one snap at the end) in place of all snaps/sewn option ?

And I hate to ask this one, but can you do slant (diagonal) baffles ?

If your baffles are going in both directions 90° to one other, then Yes. If you want to just have them go one direction, then No. Reason being, Gravity will pull your down to the bottom of the channel.

The first two items are easily added via email request, the slant baffles would take a redesign of the quilt and assembly procedures so it would definitely become a custom order but still on the table. We add items to our website as we see a increase in email requests for them. Then to save time for both our customers and ourselves the option is added to the website for direct order.
