    Another failed superfly

Ok. what the heck is going on. I recieved my second superfly, and it has a tear along the end of the ridgeline. Geez, way to go. Nobody get offended, but im really getting sorta mad about this. Not to mention, its soooo hard to get ahold of him, which I tried a few hours ago. What the heck do I do?????????? Im thinking about avoiding warbonnet altogether.

That stinks. So this is your second time getting a bad super fly from Brandon? I guess you can either send it back again and hope the 3rd time is a charm or go with a different company. Personnaly I love warbonnet and have a superfly, ridge runner and lynx but I would be frustrated if I was you.

I think you need to speak with Brandon. Got to be a fluke of some kind. Be kind, never know why things happen

Just curious, but what are you attaching each end of the tarp to? Trees? Are one or both of these younger trees that perhaps have some sway to them? I had a cuben tarp that I attached to an immature tree that swayed on me and luckily broke the D ring before it ripped my tarp. I just find it strange that you get your second tarp and report it as perfect, but it rips on you after one hang. The fraying of the material looks like some serious stress was put on that part of the tarp.

It seems like he is irritated if you call him on the phone, I am sure he is just busy but still. It seemed like I was bugging him when I asked about a Blackbird in a custom color and was pretty short. It ended with a non sincere thanks for your business and a click.

That tarp looks like it was over tensioned and tore
