Modified my suspension and ordered a new edge tarp

Love my double layer 1.1 xlc but the webbing suspension was awful for my application. The double end stuff sack doesn't work for me at all. The cinch buckles were extremely hard to loosen when you are trying to reach around an average 4ft tree it just doesn't work. Changed out to whoopie hooks on the hammock and dutch cinch buckles and webbing. Xlc will go in snake skins and that also keeps the pitch from the old fir trees off my hammock. Now I can hang my suspension and simply clip on the hammock and it never touches the ground. Anyone use an edge tarp?

I have an older spinn version, smaller than yours, check out their doors, they work great!

Had my new edge out for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved it. Perfect amount of fair weather coverage. Everything you need, nothing you dont.

Haha, nice eye sir. That was after a grueling hike and even the kit bag was too much weight at that point
