We spent the weekend at Camp Hart in PA for a Venturing Weekend. My daughter was able to try her GT Ultralight from Christmas. She loved it. It only got down to 40° but she was in a -30 bag on a foam pad.

That is just cool, getting to do this stuff with the kids... I cherrish every minute of it.

That is great. Your daughter is cute as can be and I hope you enjoy every second with her.
I got my daughter to hang with me Easter weekend up in the Blue Ridge here in Virginia. Of course, she is 23, in the Coast Guard and I got her to come by telling her that I was GOING to climb a mountain and, if she did not come along, I would probably have a heart attack and die so, if she did not come, her dads death would be her fault.
It is not like I guilted her or anything.
I think she actually liked the TTTM hammock I had for her though and I actually did make it up the mountain and back down.
