On a more serious note, I am clicking refresh on my email about every 15 mins, looking for a shipping notice. Why oh why did I wait so long to order At least I'm on the list.

I procrastinated too. Assuming one of us gets theirs before the Father's Day Hang, bring it along so the other can check it out and be jealous.

Arrived home from a weekend trip to Ohiopyle Pa

And waiting in the mailbox was my Tree Table! Alas, no chance to use it until a 5 day GAP trail trip in early June.

I am a little late to the party on this but I must say this tree table is such a cool thing. Nicely done! Now what can I sell to fund my order? Thinking of what to remove from my pack to off set the weight, no wait, never mind, six something ounces is well worth it for such a genius piece of kit! Way to go 2Q!!!

Received mine this morning and got sap on the strap already. Cooked lunch on it using canister stove. I look forward to using it camping.

Got mine in the mail today, and the tree strap is long enough to also function as a belt for my pants. Not quite long enough for a Redwood, though. I might need to add some Amsteel to lengthen it.

I guess if I use it as a belt, and get sap on my pants, it will be my own fault for trying to make double use out of something so light.

I have a question. Is the table intentionally not 90*? My table might be a couple of degrees uphill when the leg is perpendicular. I see a bit of light where the leg and table meet. Might be remedied with a fine file, if it is not part of the design process.

I also got mine in the mail today, soon as i got it i ripped the package open and found the nearest tree and hooked it up. Its pretty easy to setup and looks really cool. The silnylon storage bag is a great touch as well. The whole package with strap and bag weighs 7.5oz. Thanks a bunch Tim and Donna!

And of course pics so everyone knows it happened! lol
