Hi ya'll!
So the new camping season descended upon us I couldn't bear the thought of sleeping on the ground again. I had taken ultralight or lightweight backpacking as far as I was willing to go but no matter what weight I carried I was never comfortable sleeping. When I realized I wasn't planning my trips this year I stumbled upon hammocks and went all in. Why not right? My dream hammock should be in the mail shortly
and I have been playing with my cuben fiber tarp (I couldn't make it work in my head unless it was competitive with my tent setup). Exited for this season again! Fingers crossed for sleeping comfort! Boundry Waters watch out, another hanger on the way!
