July 4th Weekend

going to the cabin in the hill country of Kentucky on the cumberland river. I will no doubt be staying in a hammock even though it's going to be hot. The cabin is off limits only for cooking and such so everyone will be in campers,tents,and a few hammocks. Friday night we are going to a friends 2nd degree in masons and then to the cabin to kick off the festivities. We will be playing guitars,drums,banjo's,harmonica's and the like.

There will be plenty of clear liquor there among other drinks then I am coming back home Saturday to put boat in the river to watch fire works here. Wish I had a pontoon boat I would stretch a hammock out on it.

Paddled the South Fork a couple of times. Beautiful country, and some great paddling. Good places to hang there.

going to columbia, picking blueberries with mom (hoping to put away about 10 or so pounds). grilling hamburgers saturday evening with the folks. trying to get a couple folks together for an overnight. i don't really party on the 4th much anyway.

WOOOOOOOOO! Blackbird is here! Just got it in my hands....... no time to talk gonna head to the park for a settup. Guess whats goin with me this weekend!

Sailing, kayaking, water skiing, fishing and keeping the kids heads above water at the lake. I'm gonna take a hammock for lounging, but in July in GA, air conditioning is hard to pass up after dark.

I might even play some horseshoes, bocce, and badmiton, badminton, badmitton, tennis with a birdie.
