    4th of July parade in Alderson, WV. Then staying with the in-laws nearby. No hiking though, except maybe to go see Sandstone falls, about 1/4 mile in from the road...

    not sure what pans are. My son is home from the USAF on leave. Got in today and leaves in a week or so.

    Going backpacking! On a side note, with a tent. (crawls away before the hating can begin)

    The place we're going has no trees, (Balds) but at night we will be able to see the fireworks from all the small surrounding little towns below.
