I took the plunge yesterday and purchased the HammockGear Incubator 40* underquilt. I originally ordered it in long but after surfing various posts on HammockForums.net I had some reservations that I might need the regular length and not the long. So I decided to give Adam at HG a call and talked it over with him. What a great wealth of information he is. After speaking with him he advised I needed the regular length and not the long, saving me $14 to boot!!! I can’t wait to receive the UQ and will post some pics as soon as it arrives.

I just received my phoenix 20* from HG. Beautiful piece of work and the suspension is fantastic. Holds the UQ in place perfectly with very easy set up. Have recently also gotten Burrow 20* TQ. and could not be happier. Great people. Know you will love yours. The hard part is the wait.

I slept last night on a used leighlo quilt I just purchased here - maybe 60" long? I was covered on everything but my heels, so I think you made the right decision. I only bring it even with my shoulders and it seemed suprisiny long.

About how long was the wait? I forgot to ask Adam when I spoke with him yesterday.

P.S. Sorry to hear about the police officer at your police department (Eatonton PD) who died the other day breaking up the fight. Did you know him?

A little over 3 weeks for the TQ but about 2 for the UQ.

No i did not know him but thanks. I hate it when police officers get hurt. Hell i hate it when anyone gets hurt.
