HNF: Nebo Ridge Trail Memorial day weekend (May 23rd- 26th)

Do you guys have a plan for the routes you will be taking? I'll likely be coming in Saturday around noonish.

I plan on trying to meet you and Adam at the trailhead if I can, or if not get there pretty early anyway. I may walk our and hike in again with trail medic. What time do you plan on getting there?

So here is where Adam and I plan to be each night.
Friday Night: The Pines - Take the NRT past brown hollow spur, jump off NRT onto combs road, site on the left 1/2 mile past spur to Browning Hill. or park @ the end of Combs creak rd, its on the right 1/2 from the lot.
Saturday Night:Brown Hollow - Site of the first couple Hoosier hangs.
Sunday Night: Browning Hill or Bad hollow - If we are not on the hill follow the trial down into the hollow and we'll be somewhere down there.

That's the rough Itinerary how you get there is up to you, Weather looks sketchy but since when does that matter. See you guys down there!

I think I will be able to make it. I'm not sure what time I will be at the trail head on Friday, it may be close to dark. (Hoping earlier)

Hey guys. I've been given permission to get into the woods on Friday night. I'd be coming from Evansville and really not familiar with the area, but if trailmedic and paint think they might be late to the party, I'd like to hook up with you at the trail head and hike in together.
I've tried hiking in the dark before and my internal compass went to crap, so i'd prefer to be with others if there is a chance of loosing daylight before reaching camp. Please let me know what time you think you might be there. I'll check the map tonight and determine when I could make it to the trailhead and let you know in the morning.

Looks like I could be in the area between 5-6 pm est. I have no idea where it is or where to park. I'd prefer to park close to camp to minimize night hiking.please let me know.

I am not for sure I am going to make it, but Here is a marked up map showing the parking lot on Elkinsville Road for Nebo Ridge trail. Go up Wilkerson hill past the usual turnoff that goes to Brown Hollow and past the Nebo Ridge to the left sign to Combs Road, Take a left on combs road about 5 or 10 minutes to camp. This camp isn't marked not he map but you can see where the double broken line shows combs road going South.
