Thanks all!!! Syb, wound i be able to get that guac recipe? I loove chips and dip. You made it look so easy btw. All I remembered was the avocados and sundried tomatoes...what else? Salt, lime?

Here it is in all it's grandeur, Guac a la Syb:
- Avocados, obviously
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes (I used a food processor to get them diced)
- Juice of lemon or lime, or both, go nuts!
- A couple splashes of Bragg's Liquid Aminos (you didn't see this on the trail because I mixed it in with the sun dried tomatoes)
- Adobo seasoning or Jane's Krazy Salt
- Diced Roma tomatoes (I like them because they're more meaty than say a cherry tomato but those work fine as well)

If at home and not at the Marriott Marque like we were during our "roughing it" trip at Round Valley, I'll add:
- Extra crispy bacon, smashed to smithereens in the food processor
- If you're vegetarian, use the Morningstar Farms or Smoky Tempeh Strips

Make sure the tortilla chips you get are good and salty.
