I am jammed up as far as prep/packing/food shopping. Like an idiot, I decided to work on a roof, in the rain, covered in wet leaves. I'm looking into liquid bandages and waterproof coverings so I can get in the swamp to work but I'm tentative at best. May be part of the gimp squad.

Tomorrow I have to sew one more bug net and my nephews have requested 2 hammock chairs. I'll probably swing by Atsion in the AM, sew my butt off during the day, pack and hit the grocery store on the way. I'll grab some wood but since I'm bringing 3 boats, it will be less than originally planned. May actually have to make a run on Sat AM to supplement.

Those who don't know me may read the above as SNAFU, but I'll be there, one way or ta'other. Rest of the family arrives Sat, somewhere between 2-7 people, maybe 4 overnight, the rest just grubbing.

Ya gotta be freakn kidding me, i've been favoring this knee as its so bad that i have to wrap the heck out of it, i know its time for knee surgery but i want to get the hang in first, and then last night i wake up and go to get out of bed and cant! must of really put too much on my back (shattered a few discs 20 years ago)and have barely been able to move all day, been popping pain pills all day and heating pads but i am starting to worry about making it out there.
I have NOT given up hope yet, and even if friday is too hard i still have sat to try.
This is the hang i need to go to,i have been looking foward to this for weeks, plus i am dying to try out my new XLC , i am mostly all packed allready,have some extra goodies to bring and am gonna be really unhappy if i dont make it.
Like i said, i have not given up yet, and will keep y'all posted.
But even if i were feeling good today i would not be playing around on a roof !..

Sweet. I'm planning on being there tomorrow, but no way I'm getting down there by 4 to hit Atsion, so that makes it easier.

I'll probably roll in dinner time or something like that. I fell asleep for the last 3 hours, instead of packing - and I technically am working tomorrow, though I can do that from my car, in the woods, if need be.

I'll be there with saws and wood ...and no doubt will be in the water.
The only thing chewing up my time is the last bit of sewing, everything else is S.O.P.
Was hoping to chill in camp during tomorrow early afternoon but it looks like late afternoon at best.

Just picked up permits for sites 1&9. I did not know either of the gals working so I was unable to pick up any of the other permits. If you arrive after 4, just goto camp. You can grab the permit in the am.
