Silnylon vs. SpinnUL

As I understand it, they don't make the Spinn wide enough for warbonnetguy to make a SuperFly with Spinn. Spinn would make the SuperFly just plain amazing!

Ive recently been in touch with Brandon and he said he was'nt doing custom orders - when i asked for some off size - but maybe he would make his 11'x9' in spinn with doors like the WB Superfly! wow that would be nice!

I guess that's still custom though. I look forward to ordering the WB Blackbird but trying to figure out a versatile do it all tarp...

Any updates from those using the SpinnUL, and how it's holding up. I need a smaller tarp. I don't want the sil, and having to worry about the misting issues and stretching.

Nobody is really using spinn anymore. The fabric is from a single source and the stuff they are producing is not water proof anymore. Kind of looks like your choices are sil or cuben.

If you are looking for a hex in Spinn...JRB has 11x8 on sale. Just ordered one. Looks like is is a bit longer in the lower sides. Might be better coverage. Pan says it will provide just enough coverage for even a BMBH.
