As Napoleon Dynamite says " totally awesome!"
Your videos truly do not suck, good job!
Which group maintains the NPT? The bridge design at about 5 minutes in is way cool! Looks to be easily replaceable if washed out...
Love to see our NYSDEC tax dollars hard at work!
Looking forward to part 2!
Subscribing. Excellent part one TR. Looking forward to the next installment.
One nice thing about the rain is it knocks those black flies down.

Looking good!
I've been researching the Northville-Placid Trail, contemplating a possible July or August thru-hike, but reading only tells me so much. Seeing a video sure does help one to get a sense of what the trail is actually like.
Excited for the next part (and so on).
Good times and way to earn the whoopsie II title to pair with your trail buddy! Thanks for having us along.
The DEC is responsible for maintaining the trail, performing major construction, etc... There are many individuals and groups which are volunteer stewards of sections, lean-tos etc... who perform some basic maintenance duties.
