Hello from South Central PA

Been learning a lot from you all for a little while now...thought I'd say thanks and hello from South Central PA. Most of my hanging is and will be in Michaux State Forest. It may not get too much press, but anyone on here who knows it will agree it is among the best forests have to offer. Any other hangers in and around Michaux in PA?

We just had a hang (the MAHHA) at Pine Grove Furnace State Park, over 100 hangers in attendance.
There are a number of folks in your area.

And yes, a great forest and I hear tell, good fishing in the area.

Welcome from east of you....near Reading. I now have 2 yearly treks to PGFSP - a long standing golf outing where we stay in a cabin on the Michaux State Forest on the other side of the road from PGFSP and now MAHHA. Love the forest, but at my buddies cabin I found out that 8' tree straps are not always enough and I had to jury-rig a strap extender....this fall I will come prepared with a 12' tree strap for that monster pine.
