    My experience with basements is not good. But that is only _my_ experience. Dank, musty, damp vermin infested places. Only place worse would be an attic in my experience. But if you have had no problems then you have had no problems. My opinion is just that. Take it for whatever you think it is worth.

    I agree, completely overlooked that part. I also wouldn't store my down in the basement. I run a dehumidifier in my basement but it's still quite damp down there...
