Kelty Mummy bag modified to top quilt

Modified a thrift shop pick up, a Kelty mummy bag, its 3pounds, and is a lot warmer than my camo underquilt..... Anyways, since this particular bag doesn't have a full hood, I decided it would be simple to just cut in the middle down to around underside of knee area; and sew the edges together in a hem....
I wonder how warm this goes down to... I have a hunch that it is a 40-50 degree bag. It is a LOT lighter than my old USGI 15 degree bag; so it will be useful for the summertime!
