I just wrapped up my tarp and made a mistake (that I thought would help increase strength/rigidity) when I added grosgrain on the ridge seam. I thought it would help strengthen the seam - which I'm sure it has - but I didn't think that it would interfere with the stretch when I tie the tarp up. It seems to me that the fabric doesn't stretch out consistently when guy lined out because of my great idea to strengthen the ridge seam.

I don't think it is going to be an actual problem unless there is wind and some whipping noises may start (the slack is isolated between the ridgeline and the adjacent tie outs on each side like the pictures show). Any ideas to fix this? or do you think its not a huge deal and just use it as experience for next time. My son doesn't mind and that is what is important.

Thanks
