Hello from a noob near Boston!

    Greetings!

I am new here. While I know camping and I know ropes courses, I am new to this whole hammock campy thing. Figured it would be a good fit. I look forward to asking tons of questions here and quite possibly meeting up with seasoned hangers in my area (there's an upcoming hang-out I plan to attend with my family) to learn as much as possible.

Who knows where this venture may lead? With a wife and five boys in tow, every day is an adventure!

Welcome to the forums. Group hangs are a great way to get to know hammocking and hammockers.

Welcome. Noticed you're going to try to make it to the Harold Parker hang. You should and if a few of us bring extra setups maybe you and your wife could try out a night in a hammock. We all have way to much gear!!!

    Welcome from Philly.
When I was a kid the only time we were in the house was to eat and sleep.
