I am a fan of the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Si Pillow. It is a little pricy but has been well worth the money and weight in comfort.http://www.rei.com/product/751097

I use my pack when I need something. Pretty darn cool when you can multi-purpose your pack.

i use clothes in a stuffsac. was wondering about using a trash bag in a stuff sac though, anybody tried that? seems like it would work just as well as any inflatable pillow, but would be as big as the stuffsac that it was in.

How about one of those big punching balls, inside a stuff sack. Seems like it would work fine and be very lightweight. HERE.
A little corny, and they could be a fun toy around camp, boing, boing, boing.

I stick rain jacket in gallon size ziplock for under my knees. Doesn't matter if jacket is wet when using ziplock.

whats the purpose of a pillow under your knees
