Seeing as the Fall MAHHA is 10/10-10/12, 10/24 would get my vote. Back to back weekend outings could put a lot of guys in the doghouse. Not that that would stop me from going.

+1 on what Perrito said. I will vote for the 10/24. Not only dog house, but two four day work weeks in a row is harder to swing.

Well good news is that the weekend of the 17th just got filled for me so that would put it on 10/24 weekend. So now we wil be looking at location

We are both scheduled to work Oct 24-26 so i guess we are out. too bad, i was already planning for this :0(

Hmmmmm, I thought Cindy wanted to do this again. Could not ask for a much nicer place to hold it in my opinion. Has anyone reached out to her about this?

I agree. I wasn't there last year but from what i've heard from everyone it was an awesome place for a hang!

I am not discounting Cindy's location. I have not heard much from her but if she is willing to host it there that is great. With that said I also know that it will put out our southern friends by adding on another 4 hours of travel time.
